adidas SPZL AW25 Arrives As A Modern Ode To Terrace Heritage

adidas SPZL is back with its Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, and it’s a statement of intent. After celebrating a decade of existence last year, Gary Aspden’s cult line returns to its roots, reworking archival codes for a new era while keeping that unmistakable SPZL DNA intact.

The campaign, fronted by Arsenal’s Declan Rice, is steeped in the essence of British subculture. It’s contemplative, atmospheric, and unapologetically authentic – exactly what SPZL has always stood for. SPZL isn’t just about clothes and shoes – it’s about culture. FW25 is a reminder that adidas knows its roots and isn’t afraid to celebrate them. From the terraces to the streets, this collection is built for those who live and breathe the Three Stripes.

The FW25 apparel range is a masterclass in balancing heritage with modernity. Outerwear leads the charge with the fully seam-sealed, rain-resistant SPZL Anorak, flanked by the Mod Trefoil-infused Bramhope SPZL blouson and the utilitarian Merkland SPZL jacket in charcoal grey. Layer up with the Wilpshire SPZL hoodie and track pants, or dive into a curated selection of polos, graphic tees, and sweaters. Accessories? Think olive-toned Ferndene barrel bags, detachable fleece-lined Grisedale hats, and Mod Trefoil key rings – all dripping in terrace-ready attitude.

SPZL’s footwear offering is where the magic really happens. The Samoa II SPZL takes cues from a vintage Japanese pair in Gary Aspden’s archive, adding a unique heel overlay and woven tongue branding. The Munchen II SPZL elevates its namesake silhouette with Gazelle tooling and nylon stripes, while the Wensley SPZL opts for a darker, all-suede finish. The Lytham SPZL channels adidas Freizeit vibes, and the GS II SPZL fuses Grand Slam and Harvard DNA for a hybrid that feels both classic and fresh. Outdoor heads aren’t left out either – the NY II Outdoor SPZL runner and Grisedale SPZL boot bring adiTex waterproof tech to the mix.

Shop the adidas SPZL AW25 collection from 4 November.
