Venezia FC and NOCTA continue to blur the line between football and fashion with the unveiling of the Lion Camo Rain Jacket — the first outerwear piece to emerge from their growing creative partnership.
Built on a shared vision that connects sport, street, and culture, the limited-edition Venezia x Nocta Lion Camo Jacket captures the fearless rhythm of Venice and channels it through technical precision and streetwear poise. The jacket’s defining element, the Lion Camo, reinterprets the city’s most powerful symbol through gradients of lagoon green and muted gold, shimmering like reflections across water and stone. It’s more than a pattern; it’s a visual language — a code that translates Venice’s shifting identity into motion. The Lion itself pulses across the fabric, flowing with strength and rhythm, a nod to the club’s heritage and the city’s creative defiance.
Shot across the mist and glow of Venice’s streets, the campaign—directed by Nicolò Bassetto and shot by Michele Sibiloni—reclaims the city as a playground. Players from both Venezia’s men’s and women’s first teams step out together for the first time, blurring the lines between athlete, artist, and local. Andrea Adorante, Gianluca Busio, Alfred Duncan, Kike Pérez, Filip Stankovic, Verena Beka, Giorgia Furlanis, Chirine Lamti, Jasmine Mounecif, and Alice Zuanti feature in scenes that celebrate freedom, motion, and the raw joy of street football. It’s a visual return to youth — the game distilled to its most spontaneous form.
“This jacket represents a further evolution of our partnership with NOCTA: a way to create garments that move from the pitch to the street, embodying our sense of belonging to Venice,” explains Tancredi Vitale, Managing Director of Venezia FC. “We chose to interpret it through a shoot in the city’s streets, bringing together for the first time players from both our men’s and women’s teams: a true celebration of the city, the Club, and the spirit of play.”
The Lion Camo Rain Jacket is the opening chapter in a new series that will reinterpret the Lion of Venice through design, culture, and innovation — pieces born from movement, belonging, and the street. Fittingly, the jacket will make its debut on the players themselves, worn during the walkout for Venezia–Sampdoria at Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo on Saturday, 8 November at 19:30 — a moment where performance meets identity, and the spirit of the city takes the stage.
