Looking to pop some collar while rocking the clear rimmed specs on the sidelines, Liverpool have launched a 'Managers Collection' with New Balance. Just in time for the new season, it shapes up a look that sits off the pitch though ever so involved.
The type of gear you can walk into the pub with having been at the match all day and express to your mates about how "we" put in a good shift, it's a smart offering that does away with any nasty taboos around club branded football lifestyle attire. Very much welcome into the mix, naturally, the charismatic Klopp faces the collection and having been involved in the design process too, it's one that has been released to suit the needs of a manager such as he who dominates the scene on the sidelines. Explaining his involvement, Klopp commented on the collection, “It’s been great to work with New Balance on the design of this new collection. On matchday, I’m focussed completely on the football, and with this clothing line I can feel completely comfortable whilst doing that. The new collection feels great and it looks good so I’m very happy with it. I will wear it with pride next season.”
Launched as part of New Balance and LFC’s kit campaign for the season, This Means More. The Manager’s Collection includes a jacket, rain jacket, gilet, midlayer, hoody, seamless tee, sweat pants and woven pants - it's all about looking comfortably styled though sharp all the same. The 'Phantom black' jacket features a heavyweight outer shell and comes with 'eco-sy' technology to combat the cold, and a lightweight inner technical jacket for warmer days. The hoody and seamless tee are engineered to be lightweight and comfortable with a relaxed fit. The woven pants have been designed with a ‘Y’ elastic waistband for ease of movement, while the sweat pants are made with soft, brushed back fleece.
