This here is the ACE 16+ PURECONTROL UltraBOOST, a landmark shoe for the Three Stripes that merges the worlds of football and running to drop the brand into the mix of the football-inspired lifestyle movement.
Effortlessly making that often tricky transition from pitch to street, the ACE 16+ Purecontrol Ultraboost brings together the Primeknit laceless upper from adidas Football and the industry-leading BOOST technology used in adidas Running products, to create a product in equal proportions of beauty and innovation. Worth every inch of its Limited Collection tag, the ACE 16+ Purecontrol Ultraboost will be released in minimal numbers.
Landing in a duo of delicacies, the ACE 16+ Purecontrol Ultraboost is wrapped in solar yellow, to replicate the on-pitch colourway from the new Speed of Light Pack, as well as a blackout version. The ACE 16+ Ultraboost is the first result of adidas combining their on-pitch and off-pitch games to reinvent a silo away from the white lines and it marks the beginning of a new focus which will see future football products followed by similar off-pitch alternatives.
