Neymar collaborated with his hero at a NYC event earlier this year and is currently wearing his NJR x Jordan Nike Hypervenom Phinish II football boots in the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil. But, this collaboration isn't the start of a Jordan love-affair for the Barca striker, his obsession with the Jordan brand started long ago.
Neymar explains; "My first pair of Jordans, I wore them all the time. I would wear them to school, I always had them on." Looks like it was fate that this collaboration between two of Nike's lead athletes was years in the making. Two creative geniuses, merging their styles on and off the pitch or court.
