A collection of the biggest names in Nike Football assembled in London on Wednesday night for the launch of the Mercurial 360. Whilst the spotlight was firmly on the boots they'll be wearing on-pitch, the sneaker scene was on equal flames.
Touching down in London town for the Nike 2018 Innovation Summit, the event was the ultimate stage for the Swoosh to showcase some of Nike's hottest, rarest and upcoming sneakers on their most watched athletes. Here's the who-was-wearing-what of the sneaker game from the capital showdown...
Marcus Rashford & Trevoh Chalobah | Nike Air Max 270 – Dropped on February 2nd with a £115 price tag. The Photo Blue heel proving popular with the Premier League young guns.
Toni Duggan | Nike Vapormax Plus "Tropical Sunset" – The tropical drop landed on Feb 9th and is currently retailing for around the £170 mark. Summer vibes from Barca's England international.
Alexis Sanchez | Nike Air Max 270 "White/Teal/Black" – Unreleased shades from the new Manchester United man. The "Teal" Air Max 270 will hit shelves on Air Max Day 2018 on March 26.
Lieke Martens | Nike Women's Air Force 1 Rebel XX – More upcoming fire from world's best female player. Lieke Martens was sporting the big stitched Air Force 1 Rebel XX that's set to drop in Feb 16.
Jordan Henderson | Nike x Off White Air Vapormax – Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson got involved in the limited edition game buy sporting the OFF WHITE x Nike VaporMax. Set for launch this month at $250.
Neymar Jr | Nike Air Jordan II "Black Cement" – Nike's headline act was never gonna wear anything already in circulation. A self confessed Jordan addict, Neymar laced up in the Nike Air Jordan II "Black Cement". Set to return on Feb 17.
Emre Can | Nike Air Vapormax Moc "Wolf Grey" – Laceless VaporMax vibes from Liverpool and Germany's Emre Can. £170 worth of them.
Ronaldo | Nike Air Max 98 "White/Yellow/Navy" – When you're the OG, nothing is ever sold out. The Mercurial's most famous son rocking the Air Max 98 in "White/Yellow/Navy."
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain | Nike Air Force 1 x Off White – Part of "The Ten" collection launched by Virgil Abloh and Nike in late 2017. Take a long look at them 'cos you probably won't get near them.
Tobin Heath | Nike Women's Air Force 1 Sage XX - Lo-cut, laceless, and unreleased. Tobin Heath's Air Force 1 Sage XX is scheduled to drop on Feb 16.
Richarlison and Manuel Lanzini | Nike Air Max 180 – Watford's Richarlison and West Ham's Manuel Lanzini made the short trip to the Mercurial showstopper on Wednesday night in the Nike Air Max 180 in "Ultramarine" that dropped on February 2.
Dujon Sterling | Nike Air Force 270 "Safari" – Chelsea youngster Dujon Sterling also got to grips with an upcoming release at the Mercurial event by sporting the Air Force 270 "Safari" edition. Out Feb 17.
Yannick Carrasco | Nike SB Air Force II Low – Twenty years on from its debut in basketball, the Air Force II has been made to skate. Inspired by Los Angeles skater Kevin Bradley, the Nike SB Air Force II Low was picked up by Atletico Madrid's Yannick Carrasco.
