The adidas collared collection welcomes a new addition as the Nemeziz joins the mid-cut cult. The football-inspired sneaker silhouette rises up to the mid-cut platform in two street styled colourways.
The laceless Nemeziz series has already been transformed into two lifestyle options (the Nemeziz 17+ UltraBoost & Nemeziz Tango 17.1) but now adidas have moved up a floor by converting the loft of the taped-up silo. The design of the Nemeziz Mid-Cut is inspired by the process of ‘taping’, just like the boot. Prevalent in many sports, taping with bandages is designed to provide support, security and agility. But we knew that already.
The Mid-Cut design keeps the bandage and tape tech, but introduces an engineered 3D weave vamp on the forefoot. The two Nemeziz Mid-Cut colourways are dropped in black with an all-black outsole, and a "Trace Olive" option. The Verdict? Not as strong as the Mid-Cut Gosha Rubchinskiy edition, but far more accessible.
