Nike take their 2018 World Cup build-up to the streets by launching a collection of Air Max 270 designs inspired by iconic Mercurial football boot visuals from the past five World Cups – 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010 & 2014.
Launched in line with the Mercurial Heritage Football Boot Collection on the Mercurial Superfly 360, the Air Max 270 pack features aesthetic transfers to bolster Nike's lifestyle game with a football crossover. Each of the designs are available through NikeiD.
The collection is part of Nike's 20th anniversary of the Mercurial celebrations, and with 2018 being a World Cup year we can expect the hype levels to increase with every Swoosh launch in the next couple of months.
