Supreme and Nike SB have linked up to deliver a fresh take on the Gato indoor football silhouette. Releasing as part of Supreme's Fall/Winter 2018 collection, all four colourways are set to drop on August 30.
The Gato silo was originally launched as a training shoe for Nike athletes, with the Swoosh marketing it as a football training option. Nike Skateboarding and Supreme have double teamed the takeover for a collection that drops in a quarter of colourways – red, black, light blue and white.
The DNA of the original Gato is still present but Nike SB have reworked it with a stitched calfskin leather panelling and Cushlon midsole for added comfort. A dual branded tongue is matched with Supreme branding on the insole, while bold "World" and "Famous" lettering is placed on the heels of each pair.
The Supreme x Nike SB Gato will drop online and in Supreme NY, Brooklyn, LA, London, and Paris stores on August 30.
