The adidas Sobakov is set for a release of pristine precision as the Three Stripes serve up a "Crystal White" wrap on the in demand silhouette. Building on the success of its World Cup launch, the football-inspired sneaker goes ultra-clean for Autumn.
Following on from the collaboration with Bodega and the most recent "Clear Orange" colourway, the Sobakov goes back to basics with what is essentially a "Triple White" rendition of the sneaker conceived from the 2000 Predator Precision and born onto to a modern streetwear scene.
The subtle nods to throwback football on a sneaker with its own identity is what has made the Sobakov the perfect leader in the adidas football-inspired sneaker market. Far more low-key that the Tango sneaker editions, it's the low-key relationship with football that delivers a more sophisticated street transition.
The woven knitted upper in the cleanest of white colourways is complemented by matching Preator Precision stripes and leather placements on the heel and tongue. The aesthetic is completed with a semi-translucent ridged white outsole that boasts a pearlescent look.
The "Crystal White" Sobakov has already dropped in Japan, but adidas are yet to reveal any dates for a Europe and US arrival.
