Nike SB Drop Two New Lunar Gato Colourways

Following on from the much hyped Nike SB x Supreme Lunar Gato AW18 collaboration, Nike SB have moved fast to release a fresh drop of Lunar Gato colourways in white and black.

A shoe that first made a name for itself in the indoor soccer with the Nike5 Gato Street in 2011, the Lunar Gato has since crossed cultures in becoming a statement piece of any avid skater’s footwear rotation thanks to its multi-faceted functionality. In recent years the Gato has been seldom used. Nike Football’s last big push was back in 2013 with the Nike Lunar Gato II from the FC247 collection. Now Nike SB are making a push for the Lunar Gato as a skate-ready sneaker.

The latest drop lands in two white and black colourways with gum outsoles. Staying true to the original design, the shoes feature a stitched-panel leather and mesh upper, a suede toe mudguard and gum sole. Other details include a contrast outline around the Swoosh, embossed Nike branding at the heel counter and a Gato tab near the ankle.

Stay tuned for official release information.
