The Sobakov continues to stride in suede as adidas set it up for another drop, this time in a familiar look that’s sure to keep purists purring.
The popular Predator-inspired Sobakov remains at the forefront of freshness with this latest release scheduled to drop in February, hot on the heels of the sneaker’s recent debut in suede that saw “Grey” and “Raw Khaki” releases. The new suede look harks back to some classics of the Originals roster, in particular the timeless Gazelle. No bad thing.
For this release, adidas have taken the classic Black and White vibes of the OG release from July 2018 and ramped up the pleasing aesthetic levels by making the unmistakable chevron gum outsole white. It stands it apart from previous releases, with the only time it’s been seen in white previously being on triple white drops. The outsole then combines perfectly with the Three Stripe branding that's been picked straight from the Predator Precision. The “Clear Orange” features on the heel panels for a tidy finishing flourish.
The Sobakov “Black/Clear Orange” will be available from adidas.com in February.
