Kicking off the year with another twist of Boost, adidas reveal a revamped edition of one of their most iconic sneaker silhouettes – this here is the Samba RM. Transforming the iconic terrace ever-present into a modernised street shoe, the Samba RM starts 2019 in style.
Keeping things typically low-key in a black leather and suede upper, the Samba RM also features gold "S4M3A" branding on the heel in place of the usual "Samba" wording. All very smart, but it's the midsole where this reinvented shoe stands out. An icy blue outsole sits below with Boost technology hidden inside the semi-transparent design, adding a new dimension of comfort to the Samba series, as well as a twisted look that still respects the DNA of the football-inspired shoe.
The dominant exaggerated tongue that is synonymous with the Samba series is trimmed down for a slightly shorter look to prevent it overpowering the new key feature – that Boost infused outsole.
