The Brazilian’s star power is instantly enough to draw attention to the Patta x Jordan collection, which features the retouched Air Jordan VII front and centre.
Everyone knows that Neymar is a huge fan of basketball, and his club’s recent affiliation with the Jordan brand meant that he was a natural fit when it came to drawing on a bit of star power to promote the Jumpman’s latest collaboration. The hook up with Patta marks the first time that Jordan has partnered with a European brand – if we don’t count PSG that is.
The Air Jordan VII ‘Patta’ initially released exclusively to the Amsterdam region last month, but a wider release has now been announced, along with a full apparel collection that includes a tracksuit, shorts, T-shirt and bucket hat, all captured in a lookbook that features Neymar Jr. The collection features an eye-catching archival print complete with 'Team Patta' branding and the label’s signature script logo, sitting alongside the unmistakeable Jumpman.
