The future-infused Air Max 2090 has been given a classic colourway, as Nike drop the clean and icy "Pure Platinum/White” option, providing a classic look that’s set to slide seamlessly into any spring/summer setup.
The good folk at Nike have certainly been busy, tinkering with the Air Max 2090 since its unveiling back in January to offer up an abundance of colourway options for the sneaker that’s inspired by the future. Joining the offerings for Air Max day and the more recent “Photon Dust” look, the Swoosh has now offered up a classical “whiteout” option that’s sure to please purists.
Dropping alongside an equally appealing “Triple Black” option, the clean "Pure Platinum/White” colourway keeps the design minimal, with the upper glossed in light shades of white and grey with semi-translucent overlays. The Air Max 2090 mixes a range of classic Air Max 90 elements, including the mudguard, heel logo and cassette feature around the air unit, while introducing some new and altered elements to encapsulate what the future-forward ethos of the brand.
