HANON and Pantofola d’Oro have linked up once again to launch the second iteration of the Modena; a shoe designed and built from scratch that celebrates Pantofola d'Oro's rich history in football with football infused design elements throughout.

Pantofola d’Oro is one of the most prestigious brands in world football. The Italian brand are proud to represent a proper footballing nation with all of their projects drenched in authenticity and quality. For their latest collaboration with HANON, Pantofola d'Oro connect the shoe to their heritage in manufacturing football boots. The idea for the upper was to mimic the classic black boot of the 80’s with its distinctive side stripe, heel tab, and bouncing ball logo.

The Modena is finished in an upper with materials sourced entirely from Italy. Executed using plush calfskin nubuck in a sand colourway, the upper is offset with cool grey buttersoft suede vamps and features a dual leather side stripe and heel tab.

The legacy of Italian shoemaking is ever-present and the entire lining is finished in leather with a pin prick perforated application. Attention to detail is applied via dual branding on the tongue and heel, as well as on the leather laminated footbed, and gold foil MODENA execution on the lateral side of the shoe. Keeping in line with the first Modena, the shoe is presented in a bespoke box with dual branded tissue paper.

Just 72 pairs of the limited edition HANON x Pantofola d’Oro Modena will be launching exclusively at HANON via an online raffle which will begin on Monday 26th of October at 12:00GMT and end on Friday 30th of October at 12:00GMT.
