Bringing the collaborative focus back to the OG, the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT becomes the latest sneaker in the Jumpman’s roster to get the PSG treatment, once more giving a hint at what to expect from the next collection, which is due to drop in the near future.
Early glimpses of sneakers have been a key way to find out what the general aesthetics of upcoming collections from the always-anticipated PSG x Jordan collaboration will be. Last year the Air Jordan 4 was joined by the Air Zoom Renegade and Zoom 92 in giving us a flavour of the Bordeaux hues that were revealed across the French side’s third shirt for this season. Now, following on from one of their star players, Kylian Mbappé, crossing sports recently with the ‘Chosen 2’ pack, the leaders in that field are back at it once more, casting their branding over the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT.
Design features include a metallic purple PSG badge on the heel and an airbrush mix of “Psychic Purple/Hyper Pink” sits on the collar, and it’s this that gives us our best indication of what to expect from the full collection that’s set to drop later this month. Recessed Swooshes are made of hi-vis reflective material, while two-tone tan and black tongues add more purple and pink detailing on their tags.
