Paying homage to the growing terrace culture Stateside, LA Galaxy team up with adidas Originals for a special footwear drop. The Galaxy Gazelle turns up in the club’s primary colours of navy, white and blue, with some clean club callouts that are gilded in gold.
The adidas Gazelle is a timeless silhouette that has been adopted by the terraces on this side of the pond over the last few decades. It lives in its own space, defining style rather than conforming to it. Now, with the growing appeal of the game in the U.S., LA Galaxy look to borrow that influence for a special footwear drop, courtesy of adidas Originals.
The Galaxy Gazelle still boasts the same elements that’ve made the sneaker so iconic, from the classic suede material construction to the pops of Three-Stripes. That classic look is accentuated through the navy and white colour combination, and the final flourish comes in the form of the gold detailing that calls out Galaxy on the side and L.A. on the heel. The insole features the club crest, keeping the club affiliation subtle on the outside, but passionate on the inside.
