Ronaldo debuts new Windchill Superfly's
Last nights Copa del Rey quarter final second-leg between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid saw Cristiano Ronaldo debut his new Windchill Nike Mercurial Superfly II football boots! There has been a lot of anticipation ahead of the new Superfly's first on pitch sighting. As expected, they stole the boot show on the night...
The new Nike Superfly II Windchill football boots are Ronaldo's new signature boot from Nike as a follow up to the most talked about boot of 2010 - the CR7 Safari Superfly's.
Without doubt, the new Nike Superfly football boots have arguably been THE boot of 2011 so far. Our exclusive SoccerBible boot article saw an unprecedented 4000+ facebook 'likes'! Overall, the boot has experienced a great response from the boot public with many Superfly fans claiming it as the best Superfly to date!
As we've come to expect, Ronaldo's boots featured a mixed sole-plate. The instep of the boot was really striking to see on pitch along with the bright white upper. The Nike Superfly II football boots now have a new rival in the new adidas adizero boots. We don't expect many new colour-ways of the Superfly II before the anticipated release of a Superfly III but if this is to be the last, they sure are going out in style!
