Sergio Aguero (Atletico Madrid) Nike Mercurial Vapor 7

In the biggest match of the weekend Sergio Kun Aguero was spotted in the new Nike Vapor 7 boots. He was one of many players in the Madrid derby to wear the new Mercurial boots that saw Real Madrid claim an important 2-1 victory at the Vicente Calderon stadium.

Bojan Krkic (Barcelona) Nike T90 Laser III Elite

Barcelona youngster Bojan Krkic scored the Catalan sides second goal wearing an Elite pair of the new White/Black/Chlorine Nike T90 Laser III football boots as Barcelona beat Getafe 2-1 at the Camp Nou.

Adriano (Barcelona) Nike Mercurial Superfly III

The new Plum Red Nike Superfly III football boots combine really well with the Barcelona home strip. Adriano Correia was spotted wearing the new Mercurial boots during Barcelona's La Liga match against Getafe at the Camp Nou.

Dani Alves (Barcelona) adidas F50 adizero Prime

We needed to feature Dani Alves as much for his goal as we do for his boots! The Brazilian opened up the score-sheet with an incredible goal on the half-volley for Barcelona as they managed a 2-1 win over Getafe.

Florent Malouda (Chelsea) Nike CTR360 Maestri II

The new White/Black/Yellow CTR360 Maestri II boots seemed to be everywhere you looked over the weekend! Chelsea's Florent Malouda was one of many players to wear the new colourway as he customised them with a set of Nike (RED) laces.

Fernando Torres (Chelsea) Nike T90 Laser III

Torres didn't get that birthday goal he would have been so desperate for but he did get a new pair of boots! The Chelsea striker was spotted wearing the new White/Black/Chlorine Blue Nike T90 Laser III boots that featured personalisation on the inside.

Glen Johnson (Liverpool) Nike CTR360 Maestri II

The new White/Yellow Nike CTR360 Maestri II football boots are a good match for the Liverpool away kit so it was no surprise to see Liverpool's full back Glen Johnson wearing the latest colour-way.

Raul Meireles (Liverpool) Nike Tiempo Legend III

Liverpool's Raul Meireles spotted in the new Team Red Nike Tiempo Legend III football boots during Liverpool's Premier League game with Sunderland. The former Puma v1.10 wearer had the name 'Lara' personalised on the outside of his boots.

Wayne Rooney (Manchester United) Nike T90 Laser III

Wayne Rooney was another T90 player who had made the switch to the new White/Black/Chlorine Blue Laser III football boots. Could Rooney's new boots mark a change in form for the Manchester United striker who is now looking like the Rooney of old?

Antonio Valencia has stuck with his decision to switch from his Pred X boots to the adiZero's. The United winger has worn the blacked-out boots since his return from injury. Amazingly, Manchester United's regular starting 11 doesn't feature any Mercurial wearers so it was down to Bolton's Lee Chung-Yong to give the new Mercurial boots their Old Trafford debut as Bolton suffered a 1-0 defeat.

Jack Wilshere (Arsenal) Nike CTR360 Maestri II

With the new Nike CTR360 boots matching so perfectly with the Arsenal away kit, it was no surprise to see Jack Wilshere wearing the new colourway as Arsenal could only earn a point away to West Brom.

Frank Ribery (Bayern Munich) Nike Mercurial Superfly III

The Bundesliga was also treated to the arrival of the new Nike Mercurial Superfly III football boots over the weekend. Bayern Munich's Franck Ribery was one of many players to debut the new Mercurial boots during Bayern's match against SC Freiburg.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Saint-Etienne) Nike Tiempo Legend III

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang spotted in a pair of the new Red Nike Tiempo Legend III football boots alongside a pair of Nike Safari boot's worn by Lorient's Bruno Ecuele Mange. As many players are doing, Aubameyang had removed the tongue from his Legend boots.

We don't get too many sightings of the Macaw Green adidas Predator X football boots but Houston Dynamo's Will Bruin gave us a rare spot! He was spotted in the Predator X boots during sides match against the Philadelphia Union.

Nana Attakora (Toronto FC) Puma PowerCat

Toroto FC's Nana Attakor was spotted in the under-rated White/Royal/Gold Puma Powercat 1.10 football boots during his sides match-up with the Vancouver Whitecaps.

David Ferreira (FC Dallas) adidas F50 adiZero

FC Dallas' number 10 David Ferreira was spotted in the Chrome adidas F50 adiZero football boots as his side took on the Chicago Fire at Pizza Hut Park.

Tomislav Dujmovic (FC Dynamo Moscow) Nike Mercurial Superfly III

The new Blue/Platinum/Orange Superfly III football boots were massively over-shadowed by the huge player uptake of the Red Plum colourway. Even so, we managed to spot Tomislav Dujmovic of FC Dynamo Moscow in a pair as his side took on FC Rostov.
