It's been out for a couple of weeks now, and already the Pro-Direct SoccerZone App has featured in the top ten in the App Store. Now to explain the football world the app opens the door to, Pro-Direct and Nike Football have released this video...
The free downloadable SoccerZone App enters new realms in terms of player and product interaction. It allows you to follow your favourite stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Jack Wilshere, find out what's going on with the latest Speed, Accuracy, Touch or Control football gear, and create your own custom locker to be shared with friends on Facebook and Twitter.





Nike has teamed up with Pro-Direct Soccer to create a free football App designed to give fans in-depth insight into the players and products they care about. The Pro-Direct SoccerZone provides a wide range of football-related content, allows footballers to visit a virtual Bootroom where they can try on top of the range Nike boots and contains an e-commerce facility.





Maximising the capabilities of the iPhone, the virtual Bootroom uses the iPhone camera to super- impose Nike's top of the range boots onto users feet, allowing them to truly experience the various styles and models before purchasing. The App is fully integrated with social media channels, allowing every piece of content, including shots from the virtual Bootroom, to be shared on Facebook, on Twitter or by email.







Twelve world-class football athletes have their own profiles within the Pro-Direct SoccerZone, including Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, Gerard Pique and Jack Wilshere. Each profile is a stream of news, on-pitch performance gear, off-pitch leisure wear, photography and videos that is interspersed with updates from the athlete s Facebook and Twitter accounts.

The App not only brings you a greater level of competitive intelligence, it enables you to share your favourite Nike products with friends on Facebook and Twitter, as well as purchase them directly. In short, it brings you closer to Nike products and players including Ronaldo, Neymar and Walcott.
