The summer's most famous football boot, Mario Götze's left Magista, goes on display in Berlin before being auctioned.
It is the most famous football boot of the summer — the Nike Magista worn by Mario Götze’s as he sealed Germany's World Cup win in extra time. Originally travelling with Mario from the Maracanã back to Bayern, the Magista has now arrived at Nike Berlin who will showcase the historic boot until the end of August before Götze auctions them for a good cause.
"When I scored the goal, I didn't really realise what had just happened — then it was just pure joy to think that I had helped make the dream we had as a team become reality" , said Mario about his game-changing goal.
