adidas prepare to unleash their latest Japanese inspired products in the Champions League with the Yohji Yamamoto Real Madrid third kit & adizero f50 both set to feature.
Ahead of Real Madrid’s Champions League match-up against Ludogorets tonight (01.10.14), adidas have released an epic video to celebrate the on-pitch debut of the Real Madrid third kit, designed by Japanese fashion designer Yohju Yamamoto. Keeping with the Japanese theme of the jersey, the video sees the likes of Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Karim Benzema transform from statues to Japanese anime while the Japanese dragon and bird - two symbols of greatness and determination - fly above. Tonight’s Champions League group game between Real Madrid and Ludogorets will also be the first and only time the Yohji Yamamoto adizero f50 will be worn on pitch by Benzema, Bale, Marcelo, Coentrao and James.
