Liverpool and England full-back Nathaniel Clyne came out victorious in the EA SPORTS FIFA 16 Celebrity Cup in front of a live audience at London’s Gfinity Arena.
To celebrate the launch of the game a number of famous faces went head-to-head for early bragging rights including Rio Ferdinand, Kyle Walker, Ashley Williams, Bayo Akinfenwa, McBusted’s Danny Jones and of course Clyne who defeated Crystal Palace midfielder Jason Puncheon in the final to secure the trophy.
With the state Liverpool are currently in it's likely to be Clyne's only silverware of the season so naturally he was delighted with his title. I’ve always been a massive FIFA fan so it’s great to be crowned FIFA Champ. There’s always huge competition amongst the players when it comes to FIFA so they will definitely be trying to take my crown. Good luck to them though….they’re not having it!" Great character.
