10 more years! 10 more years! Ensuring the Swoosh remains firmly nestled on the chest of the French National team, Nike have announced that their partnership with the France Football Federation will be extended through to 2026.
Continuing a relationship that began in 2011 with a 42.6 million euros a year agreement that stretched to 2018, Nike have renewed their contract with the FFF until 2026. Having taken over from long term suppliers adidas ahead of the 2012 UEFA European Championship, Nike saw off competition to from the likes of adidas and New Balance to keep dressing the French National Team for another five international tournaments. Adding another layer to the deal, for the first time French amateur football will now also be part of the partnership.

Terms of the deal haven't been disclosed, but you can bet Nike had to dig deep into their pockets to secure another ten years on French soil. It's a market they value highly. Commenting on the extended deal, President of Nike Brand Trevor Edwards explained, “Nike is very proud to extend our long-term relationship with the French Football Federation and we look forward to building upon our successful partnership for years to come.”
Magnifique. Let's see what this next term has to offer.
