adidas Reveal 2018 World Cup Golden Boot, Ball & Glove Trophies

adidas and FIFA have revealed their 2018 World Cup tournament trophies for the Golden Boot, Golden Ball and Golden Glove, revealed this week at a special adidas pop-up store in Moscow.

With less than a week before the year's showpiece sporting event gets underway, adidas and FIFA have revealed their updated World Cup trophies to be handed out to the tournament's top goal scorer (Golden Boot), best player (Golden Ball) and top goal keeper (Golden Glove). The trophies were on display at an adidas pop-up store in Moscow's TsUM Department Store.

The adidas Golden Boot Trophy will be handed to the top goal scorer of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The trophy has been refreshed from the 2014 Copa Mundial design with an updated X 18+ model. Adidas will be hoping for a fourth consecutive World Cup where one of their players takes home the trophy, following on from Miroslav Klose (2006), Thomas Müller (2010) and James Rodriguez (2014).

The Golden Ball trophy (previously won by Lionel Messi in 2014) has been redesigned inline with the official match-ball of the 2018 World Cup, the adidas Telstar, while the Golden Glove (taken home by Manuel Neuer in 2014) is modelled on the new adidas Predator Pro goalkeeper gloves.
