EA Sports have rounded up some of football's biggest names for their official FIFA 19 commercial. Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar all take leading roles as anticipation rises ahead of the launch later this month.
The official commercial is titled "Champions Rise" and focuses on gamers across the world taking on football's elite in their virtual worlds. All very impressive, all very polished. A more accurate version would have been a revision dodging teenager sat in his pants in front the TV on a Wednesday lunchtime, eating cereal, and launching his controller across the room, blaming the game, and restarting the match on semi-pro mode to boost moral. But that ain't marketing is it?
The commercial trailer follows the launch of the Journey trailer (above) and the official Champions League trailer (below). Both videos featuring more cuts of the latest players, kits, boots and updated game-play features ahead of the game launching for real on September 28 in Europe. From Sept 28 to Oct 5 is official FIFA 19 pre-season training. Don't play anyone until you're match fit.
