Bringing Three Striped royalty to the Parisian scene, adidas hosted the Tango League Arena in the French capital this week as a whole host of footballing talent from the top of the Paris futsal game were joined by leading professional players as adidas showcased the Initiator Pack on a fast paced platform.
A 2018 World Cup winning quartet of Paul Pogba, Presnel Kimpembe, Benjamin Mendy and Florian Thauvin were given the biggest reception upon arrival before being joined in the Tango League Arena by Paulo Dybala, Christopher Nkunku, Gaëtane Thiney and Wendie Renard. The players spoke of their incredible respective 2018 achievements before taking their seats pitch side to watch Paris' most talented cage footballers battle it out for end of year bragging rights on the biggest stage.
The event was a chance for adidas to bring "Initiator Pack" heat to the small-sided scene with the Tango versions of the Predator 19, X 18 and COPA 19 all taking on leading roles. The event in Paris marked the finale of an epic year of Tango League events with adidas touring the globe to bring bespoke urban footballing vibes to each respective destination. Roll on 2019...
