Neymar x Beats By Dre Headphones Released For Brazilian's Birthday

Unveiled exclusively at his 27th birthday party celebration, Neymar Jr has teamed up with Beats by Dr. Dre to create a custom-designed Studio3 Wireless headphone, which features the number 10 inside the headband, attributed to his shirt number and his 10 year professional football career.

Neymar celebrated his 27th birthday, titled “Nuit Rouge”, on 4 February and it was attended by the likes of Olivier Rousteing, Thiago Silva, Dani Alves, Kylian Mbappe, Marco Verratti, Kevin Trapp and many more, with all guests receiving the Custom Edition headphones.

Inspired by the graffiti-writing style of the Sao Paulo streets where Neymar Jr grew up, the Beats Studio3 Wireless Custom Edition pay homage to his famous “Shhh…” tattoo by combining the two, representing his ability to rise above distractions and adapt to anything, while staying true to himself and his passion for football.

The Beats headphones were not the only special gift to be received by Neymar though, with sponsors Nike supplying the perfect footwear for an evening where the theme was red, perfectly complementing his red suit and red crutches.

Neymar was able to forget briefly about the metatarsal injury that's currently keeping him out of action as he took to the stage along with teammates Dani Alves and Kylian Mbappe to show off some of their other talents, Alves stealing the show in his own inimitable fashion. But Neymar did get emotional when he revealed that all he really wanted for his birthday was a new metatarsal. Yep, he cried 'cos he's got a poorly foot. See, money can't buy you everything...

The Neymar x Beats by Dre headphones will be available here from early March.
