Paulo Dybala Meets Romy From The xx

During this year's instalment of the annual music festival, Club to Club, hosted in Turin, Paulo Dybala met Romy, singer and guitarist from British indie band The xx, and self professed football fan. And the Juventus man had a special gift for the musician prior to her set at La Luce Al Buio.

Romy Madley Croft is a self-professed football fan, playing in a local league in London, and she is quick to point out her admiration for Argentinian striker, Paulo Dybala, often wearing Juventus shirts with his name and number on the back when she’s kicking a ball about. And with the singer and DJ set to perform at the Club to Club festival in Turin, she got the chance to talk with the Juventus man before she went out on stage, but that wasn’t the end of the surprise.

With the meet up coming shortly after Juventus revealed their special collaborative fourth kit with Palace in their match against Genoa, Dybala gifted her with one of the shirts before signing it and posing for photos. And Romy was only too happy to show her appreciation for the gesture, wearing the shirt on stage as she played out her set to a packed out La Luce Al Buio.

The Juventus x Palace x adidas Football Collection will be available on Nov 8 in Europe at palace.com & adidas.com & juventus.com and November 9 in Japan and China.
