Mo Salah Raps For New ExxonMobil Ad

In the absence of football, it appears that Mo Salah has turned his immeasurable talents to a new career path, as the Liverpool forward lays down some lyrics for a new advert for the Egyptian branch of ExxonMobil.

As one of the biggest names in the game today it’s no surprise to see brands lining up to be associated with Mo Salah. As well as being one of adidas’s main assets, appearing in commercials alongside David Beckham, Lionel Messi and Paul Pogba, he’s also teamed up with the latter two for a Pepsi advert. And his associations don’t stop there, with deals alongside Electronic Arts, Vodafone, and Uber to name a few more. But where the majority of his associations understandably leverage his footballing talents, his latest ad with ExxonMobil has gone in a very different direction.

Mo Salah is undoubtedly one of the most talented footballers on the planet, but it appears that his talents are not just restricted to the pitch, as he has shown by rapping for his latest ad. Should Salah be looking to give up his day job? We’ll leave you to decide, but with lyrics like "He said he had bought a new car and decided he’ll pay in instalments", we don’t think Liverpool fans should be too worried just yet. But how does the ad for the gas and oil company stack up against some of the ads he’s done before? Have a look below.

Can only imagine the bantz that he's letting himself in for when back in the changing room...
