Last week, SSC Bari unveiled their latest special edition collection created by Kappa and LC23, and the Serie B side debuted the away kit from said collection in their game against Cagliari.

Last year, SSC Bari were the proud recipients of a superb limited edition ‘Special Pack’ produced by Kappa and designer Leonardo Colacicco’s brand, LC23. Now the two are back together once again to produce another special edition collection for the Serie B side. It features both a home and away kit alongside a wider clothing collection, and Bari debuted the away kit in their 1-1 draw against Cagliari this weekend.

Both the home and away shirts feature the same design, with the home coming in a white base colour and the away in black. But the most eye-catching element is the central graphic that looks like it’s been inspired by the Human Centipede. However, it is actually a nod to Il trenino, which translates to "the little train”, and it’s a group goal celebration that was introduced to club history by Colombian forward Miguel Ángel Guerrero in 1994, and perhaps its most famous outing came after a historic 2-1 win for Bari over Inter at the San Siro.

While the away kit got its debut this weekend, the home kit will have to wait until 1 March, when it will be worn in the game against fellow style icons, Venezia.
