For three days only, 133 Bethnal Green Road became an immersive all-pink pop-up, blending archive nostalgia with future-facing design, giving fans a chance to step inside the world of one of football’s most iconic boots.
London’s Shoreditch has long been a cultural canvas for football, fashion, and street style to collide, and this past weekend it became home to one of the boldest adidas Predator events yet. Over the weekend, adidas and Pro:Direct teamed up for an immersive pink pop up along Bethnal Green Road, designed to honour David Beckham’s continuing influence of the beautiful game and the latest chapter of the Predator story.
The Predator is more than just a football boot. Since its debut in 1994, it has been a symbol of creativity and swagger on the pitch, with Beckham leading the way. The Shoreditch pop-up wasn’t just about selling boots, it was showcasing how the Predator continues to evolve and grow, whilst still staying true to its rebellious DNA that we have loved for 30 years. The experience was topped off by a visit Lioness star Alessia Russo – one of the faces of the adidas Predator. On Friday night, invited guests had the chance to hear Russo chat about her own love for the silo, and how Beckham has influenced her career growing up.
