A new landmark has just dropped in the heart of South London. Nike x Palace is back to introduce ‘Manor Place’, and it feels much more like a movement than a building.
Nike and Palace, two worlds that thrive on culture and creativity, follow up their P90 collection by opening Manor Place. The new South London landmark blurs the line between sport, style, and community. An old Victorian bathhouse built in 1895 gains a new pulse as they reimagine it into a multi-layered playground for the next generation. It is a living, breathing space that feels as alive as the city around it.
At the heart of Manor Place sits ‘The Park and The Cage’. A double layered fusion of movement where skate and football collide like never before. Up top, a world class concrete skate park nods to London’s most iconic spots: Southbank, Stockwell, and the much-missed Victoria Benches. Here they have all been reimagined through Palace’s contemporary lens. Below, hidden beneath the surface, lives ‘The Cage’ – an underground football zone perfect for those 3v3 matchups, community leagues, or any open sessions. It holds all that South London energy. When matchday hits, The Cage rises, literally, transforming the venue into an arena for the best ballers in the Capital to test their touch. It’s the type of setup that screams freedom.
Inside the venue, ‘The Front Room’ brings the cultural side of the collaboration to life. It’s where London’s artistic heartbeat is pounding. There, a gallery, event space, and retail zone is all rolled into one. Expect exhibitions from emerging and established names, panel talks, pop-ups, and exclusive Nike x Palace drops.
And as if that wasn’t enough, then there’s ‘The Residency’. A space built for the next gen. Six young creatives will take up studio space on a rotating nine-month cycle. Completely free of charge. Free to create, experiment, and push boundaries. Exactly what we need. Their work will later take over The Front Room, closing the loop between creation and celebration. This is a movement.
The launch of Manor Place arrives next to Nike & Palace’s first major collaboration with the P90 collection. Inspired by the iconic early 2000s football culture, the range nods to Nike’s Total90 era, reimagined to be built for skaters and players alike. Anyone who grew up doing both rainbow flicks and kickflips.
Nike and Palace are changing the game. This is the first of its kind. Where heritage meets hype. Creativity meets competition. A place built for expression and collaboration. Manor Place will officially open to the public on November 11, whilst the P90 collection is available now.
