Football Shirt News - West Ham United New Home Kit Umbro 09/10 - 13/07/09
West Ham's number one fan Ray Winstone got to try on his new West Ham United home shirt 09/10, and the Hollywood actor gave us his opinion on the new claret jersey made by Umbro.
"I actually really like it. It is comfortable. It is claret and they reckon they are going to have white shorts with claret socks. It is nice - it makes me feel very slim funny enough! It is the claret and blue and that's all I am worried about … this is beautiful, it is claret and blue, what else do you want?"
Umbro have been increasingly making retro styled football kits, as we've seen with the new England, Manchester City, Hull City and Rangers football shirts. And the new West Ham United Home Shirt 09/10 continues the vintage look, with a checkered pattern and collar.
