Football Shirt News - Chelsea Third Kit 09/10 adidas - 03/08/09
This is the new Chelsea third kit 09/10 by adidas which will be launched on 27th August, and solves the problem of Chelsea having a blue home and away strip!
Chelsea have had a new home football shirt and a new away football shirt designed by adidas this season. But as both football strips were blue, people were questioning what kit Chelsea would wear when they had to play the likes of Everton on the road, a problem now solved with the launch of the new Chelsea third kit.
The new third kit for 2009/10 uses a white base design with subtle silver horizontal pin stripes. The three-stripes, neckline and sleeves are a dark navy colour which ties in with the shorts and socks to give a very classic and stylish finish to the shirt. Made using Climacool fabric the new Chelsea football shirt has a mesh paneling across major sweat zones to increase comfort and ensure players remain cool and dry.
