Argentina World Cup Shirt - 2010 adidas Away Jersey
Argentina have unveiled their brand new away jersey to be worn at the 2010 World Cup. As our exclusive images show, Argentina's new away football shirt is a tribute to the one worn by the 1986 World Cup winning squad.
The adidas designers have acknowledged the new Argentina away jersey takes inspiration from the 1986 shirt, as it has the same blue shade and white collar worn by Diego Maradona as he scored the 'Hand of God', and then possibly the greatest ever World Cup goal!
The new Argentina away shirt was worn during their 2-1 victory over Jamaica in Buenos Aires, only featuring players from the domestic Argentina league, with goals from Martin Palermo (pictured) and Ignacio Canuto.
