Chelsea Home 2010/11 - adidas Football Shirt

Introducing the new adidas Chelsea Home kit 10/11, which has a contemporary v-neck design and takes inspiration from home jerseys of the 70's, 80's and 90's.

The new Chelsea Football Shirt 10/11 has a subtle addition of red on the collar and arms, with laser cutting detail inspired by design elements of Stamford Bridge. The main body of the new adidas Chelsea Jersey 10/11 has mesh engineered into the fabric incorporating a striking design with the added performance benefits.

Once again adidas are pushing the boundaries of what athletes can expect from their football apparel, enabling them to perform at their peak at all times. On the field of play the player's jerseys are equipped with TechFit technology which helps improve speed, prolongs endurance and gives greater proprioception.

The 2010 Chelsea Replica Jersey features Climacool technology which regulates the player's micro-climate through high performance, moisture wicking fabrications. Anatomical ventilation is placed in critical heat zones such as the upper chest and back, this allows heat to escape and increases airflow to help cool the skin under extreme conditions.

The jersey takes inspiration from Chelsea Home Shirts of the 70's, 80's and 90's, with the subtle addition of red on the collar and arms. All these elements come together in a football shirt that is 100% Chelsea with a very modern look, and an excellent promotional campaign using artwork from the famous English pop artist Peter Blake.

And it hasn't escaped our attention that both Michael Ballack and Frank Lampard appear to be in brand new adidas football boots. It looks like Ballack is wearing the forthcoming Champions League White/Blue Predator X boots, whilst Lampard appears to be in the Blue/White adiPure III boots, a great combination with the new adidas Chelsea Home Football Kit.
