The new kits will be worn during this summer's London 2012 Olympic Games and in each friendly throughout the international calender. 
The new kit makes a return to a v-neck design for the first time since the team's 2008/09 shirts. The famous Nascido para jogar futebol (Born to play football) motto is now featured on the fold-over cuff on the left sleeve, having previously been positioned on the inner necklines.
