Italy Away Replica 2012-13 - Puma Football Shirt
Puma make a familiar return to to the Italian away look of '74, with the release of the 12/13 Italy Away shirt that the international heavyweights will wear in their bid for European glory. Featuring a bold chest stripe that most recently featured on the Kappa 98-00 Away Shirt, Italy's new road uniform is a clean approach without having the same thrills as Puma's adventurous home design.
The new Puma Italian Away Shirt will debut on Wednesday, in Genova's match between the Azzurri and USA. On the back of Italy s Euro 2012 Away Kit launch, the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) this week announced that they have renewed their existing nine year partnership with Puma until 2018.
The most distinguishable feature of the new Puma Italy Away Shirt is the blue horizontal chest band that houses the Puma logo, player number and Italian Football Federation logo on it. This re-introduced feature that first featured in 1974, stretches across the chest to enhance the breathable performance of the shirt. 
The Italia Away Shirt has a regular fit with a classic look. The shirt features a simple white design with a blue trim around the v-neck collar. The neck has a double layer in mesh fabric and contrast colour inside, while the underarm range of movement mesh allows both a better fit and a more comfortable arm movement. 
The 2012 Italy away kit has been designed to maximise the player s on-pitch performance, with the fabric featuring Puma s U.S.P Moisture Management technology, enhancing body performance by dragging moisture away from the body. 
The new Italy Euro 2012 away kit is part of the Power 12 range of Puma playing kits that includes Uruguay, Chile, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Austria. The kit was launched on Monday in Genoa with Italian players Antonio Nocerino, Sebastian Giovinco, Christian Maggio and goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon all performing modelling duties!
