Having been the official supplier and the official licensee of replica merchandise for Rangers Football Club since the 2013/14 season, PUMA have produced a new home kit that includes a series of technical innovations to improve player performance.
The 2015/16 home kit design uses the traditional red, white and royal blue of Rangers whilst adding a new silhouette that features a bold contrast colour stripe on the sleeves and a smart new neckline that continues the Club's tradition of a white collar.
The new 'formstripe" construction of the sleeve is more than just a design detail but resurrects an iconic detail from PUMA's history. The construction removes a traditional shoulder seam to improve the fit and allow unrestricted movement.
As well as the outfield kit, the home goalkeeper kit has also been unveiled. Alternating between red and black on the chest of the shirt, the colour provides a strong base for the traditional rangers crest to stand out.
Equipped with the same technological advancement of the outfield kit, the goalkeeper kit completes an effective approach from both PUMA and Rangers Football Club. Less is definitely more in this case.
The kits will go on sale from 23rd April and are available to pre-order from today.
