The latest European team to unveil their kits for the 15/16 season, attention turns to Olympique De Marseille as they launch their "home" and "third" kits made by adidas.
The home kit will be worn before the close of the season in upcoming fixtures against Monaco and Bastia. It is described as "resolutely sober" and carries a predominantly white base though is dressed with sky blue accents on the sleeves, collar and lap belt.
The Mao collar is the stand out feature in this traditional shirt as adidas have looked to bring a lifestyle element into this kit, lending itself to leisure wear just as much as performance.
The badge on the chest of the home shirt, is held inside a circle design while the "third" keeps the traditional emblem in an increasingly minimal form. Taking inspiration from the Mediterranean Sea, which borders Marseille, the kit has thin blue stripes which are used to symbolize the maritime world.
Both smart additions which will look sharp on the pitch.
