AS Roma will wear their new 'Night Rising' kit against FC BATE Borisov tonight in the Champions League as Nike continue their 2015/16 third shirt roll out.
The Italians will take to the field for a number of their away matches this campaign wearing the a light grey kit with black detailing, a theme that runs across all of Nike's top tiered clubs this season. The dominant colour evokes the grey coat of La Lupa, the she-wolf: a revered symbol of the club and the Italian capital.
A black ombré graphic accentuates the light grey, blending from the cuffs of the short and shirt. During night games the design serves to accentuate the players’ physical presence underneath the floodlights. Black socks, with dark grey chevrons on the calf further the powerful framing of the body. Beautiful stuff.
