Not short of media attention and an FA Cup first round game up against football league opposition, Salford City have joined forces with Umbro to don the double diamond.
The ownership of Nicky Butt, Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, Phil Neville and Paul - 'The Class of '92' has naturally shone a light on a club at the heart of Salford. Having sported the double diamond for a time showered in glory at Old Trafford, Umbro have passed the baton onto Salford City to proudly represent the brand.
Having already been wearing Umbro for the duration of the season, it's now with the FA Cup 1st round televised tie against Notts County that the club and brand have chosen to unveil their collaboration.
