Everton 2016/17 Away by Umbro

Away kits are generally more exciting than home kits, right? They're more unpredictable, more varied, with more design freedom. Could you get away with 'salmon' on your home kit? Probably not, but for away shirts, it's fair game. With that in mind, Umbro roll out Everton's 2016/17 away kit, featuring salmon, obviously.

Inspired by one of Everton's most historic kits, the striking dark navy and salmon trim 2016/17 jersey for Ronald Koeman's debut managerial season is a nod to the 1890/91 season when the Toffee’s captured their first ever league crown.  Typically smart, typically sharp, we'd expect nothing less from Umbro.

Like this season’s home strip, the away shirt celebrates the Club’s historic ground and includes the co-ordinates of Goodison Park inside the neck of the shirt. The iconic signature of Archibald Leitch’s criss-cross architectural design also features, with Umbro including a Leitch-style graphic above the co-ordinates, so fans and players will have a piece of home with them wherever they go. Dark navy shorts are met by dark navy socks that feature a contrast salmon hoop and Umbro logo.
