Dancing on the dazzling side of kit design, Norwich City have released their away and third kits for the forthcoming season. You can forget the Colman's Mustard, this is nothing but a nostalgic dollop hot sauce.
The away is a smart tailored number that pops with colour from its all black base. With the famous green and gold running from the shirt to the shorts and trimming the collar too, it's a side dish to the main course that delivers a healthy level of sophistication. Taking the biscuit and moving into the dessert course, it's the third kit that brings home the party.
Featuring shapes inspired by a classic Norwich number, the design pays homage to the clubs kit from the '92-94 season (below). Finishing 3rd in the top flight in 1993, it's the top of the game that The Canaries have their eyes on as they search for a return to the Premier League.
After single handedly sending social media into a whirlwind upon its release, these retro shirts have rather wonderfully caused quite the commotion. We're all for that.
