You've never seen a bad PSG kit have you? That's because such a thing simply does not exist. No surprises then that the 2017/18 Paris Saint-Germain Nike home shirt is typically smothered in Parisian style and French flair.
A signature red, white and blue palette was always a given but Nike have arranged those famous colours into another smart design for the Ligue 1 runners-up. Contemporary cool; nothing less than what was expected. The iconic red stripe that runs down the centre of the jersey is made thinner for 2017/18 with matching red sleeves and shoulders in Nike's trend that has continued since EURO 2016.
The midnight blue torso hosts the thin linear red chevron that runs from to to bottom, and detailing inspired by the club’s history and culture is evident on the collar in the form of an elegant red, white and blue stripe around the neck line with the word "Paris" embedded at the back. On the inside of the shirt, the words “Ici C’est Paris” take pride of place. Blue shorts and socks with red details complete the full strip.
Edinson Cavani likes it,and it's always a good thing to keep your striker who scored 49 goals in all competitions last season happy. “I am proud and excited to pull on the new team shirt. I am always hungry for goals, and looking forward to winning games next season.” Short and sweet Edinson. Job done basically mate, isn't it?
