Columbus Crew are the latest team to show their colours for the upcoming MLS 2018 season as they unveil their secondary all-black kit for the new campaign.
Have you ever seen a black kit you haven't liked? No. And you still haven't. The Columbus Crew strip for 2018 is drenched in stealth style with subtle features in all the right places. Three dark-on-dark stripes along the kit’s sides, a one-button collar and an all-gold Crew SC badge on the front as well as gold-coloured names and numbers on the back. Smart.
Further details see a heritage shield commemorating the club’s initial MLS season in 1996, and the tag reading “Charter Member #01” – a shout to the club being chosen as the first team in Major League Soccer at the inception of the League. Columbus Crew kick off their season in the new strip on March 3 with a trip to Toronto.
