Millwall and Macron have launched the club's 2018/19 home kit by celebrating 25 years at The Den with a design inspired by the 1993/94 home shirt worn in that inaugural season at the place they now proudly call home.
Twenty-five years in football terms is a relatively short period, but Millwall fans took to The Den and turned it into a hostile home feared by opposition but envied for its intimidating and raucous atmosphere. A place where the home players stand as giants and the away players tactically time a suspension. As for the kit, it's a sharp effort that complements the 93/94 design with pinstripe patterns and a crisp collar.
Millwall will wear their new 2018/19 Macron shirt for the first time in a competitive game when they kick off their Championship campaign at home to Middlesbrough on August 4. A date where the club's 25th Den anniversary celebrations will commence.
