The 2018/19 season is a landmark one for Tottenham Hotspur. As the club prepares to move into their brand new stadium, it's the new home itself that inspires the design for the 2018/19 home and away kits.
The new home shirt arrives with a crisp white body, no surprise there. But that standout feature is the graphic navy blue print pattern that's a subtle reference to the architecture of the new ground. That navy colouring flows into the shorts and further down into the blue and white socks for a smart home feel. Strong gradient game for the new campaign.
For the away kit, binary blue and polarised blue knit sleeves reinforce the team's heritage and values as they pay homage to the secondary blue used in many past kits. Stunning this one. That white sponsor doesn't half help too.
Inner pride messages feature on the inside of the collar of both the home and away jerseys. The home displays the club's postcode (N17) and coordinates of the center circle at the Club’s former home, White Hart Lane, the site of which has now been overlapped by their new gaff. The away displays #COYS.
Shoutout to the 2018/19 pre-match training shirt too (below). Trippy as, that. Kieran Trippyas. Yeah, sorry. Move on.
